Description of Duties
- Analyzes data (internal and external consumer data) using leading analytical, statistical and qualitative techniques
- Connects research results to application design and provides deep insight on user needs to drive changes on content, processes, and procedures
- Provides quality control on all Contact Center information sources to ensure information is accurate, current, and maximizes usability
- Interprets and communicates complex research outcomes to senior management verbally and visually, in ways that advocate for the user and generate compelling reasons to change
- Creates, manages and distributes standardized consumer-based reporting
- Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation on analyses and methodologies
